Terms and Conditions

Returns: We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of delivery for change of mind returns. However as the buyer you are responsible for return postage costs before a return or refund will be given and please note we cannot return for change of mind on some items including fragrance oils, melt and pour soaps, melt and pour lip balm, bath salts, botanicals, bath bomb supplies or wax.

All care is always taken with quality control and packaging of our products however in the event of receiving a broken or faulty product please notify us on the day of delivery by email with a picture attached and we will replace the item immediately. 

Goods must be returned in original condition for resale in original packaging.  We do not accept returns on fragrance oils, melt and pour soaps, melt and pour lip balm, bath salts, botanicals, bath bomb supplies or wax. We want to ensure you receive the highest quality product and this way we can ensure your supplies have not been tampered with.

Refunds:  All items are available for a refund or replacement if they are faulty or have major defects as per Australian Consumer Law

Shipping: Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days unless otherwise notified.  Delivery is usually by Australia Post however other freight companies may be used from time to time. Delivery times will depend on location  Express post is available, however next day delivery is not guaranteed.

Liquor: Where liquor is included as part of a gift boxed kit or basket it is a condition of sale that this kit is delivered to an adult over 18 years of age other than the purchaser.  Shipping address and billing address cannot be the same at checkout.
